Apple Cookies

1. First Mix everything except flour
2. Make a dough and flatten with a roller
3. cut the dough with a cup
4. add the apple puree and half close it
5. bake at 350 until they cook around 20min (don’t overcook)

For the apple purée:

• 3 apples
• 3 tbs sugar
• 1tbs cinnamon

1. grate the apples
2. cook in a pan about 5min
3. remove from pan and add the cinnamon after
